Sending spam or bulk unsolicited messages; attacks of any kind, including denial of service, scanning for vulnerabilities and brute forcing logins; taking over or accessing accounts that are not yours; fraud, including payment, ad and click fraud; buying or selling with stolen data; and anything illegal where you or the target operate.
Respect websites
Follow the terms of the websites you visit and keep your request rate reasonable. Do not collect personal data you are not allowed to process.
Protecting the network
Some destinations may be blocked to protect the network and the people whose connections it uses, for example government, banking login and mail sending services.
What happens
We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break this policy, and keep the records needed to deal with abuse. Traffic used in breach of this policy is not refunded.

If you believe our network was used against you, create a free account (it takes seconds, no top-up needed) and send an abuse report from Support, with times (UTC), target addresses and logs.
