Membuat baris proxy. country: kode negara, atau kosong untuk negara mana saja. session: rotating (default) atau sticky. minutes: 1 sampai 120 (default 10, hanya sticky). count: 1 sampai 1000 (default 10). format: hostport (host:port:user:pass, default) atau url (user:pass@host:port). protocol: http (default) atau socks5.
