GET /list?country=de&session=sticky&minutes=10&count=5&format=hostport

建立代理字串。country：國家代碼，留空即任何國家。session：rotating（預設）或 sticky。minutes：1至120（預設10，只限 sticky）。count：1至1000（預設10）。format：hostport（host:port:user:pass，預設）或 url（user:pass@host:port）。protocol：http（預設）或 socks5。
