產生代理行。country：國家代碼，留空表示任意國家。session：rotating（預設）或 sticky。minutes：1 至 120（預設 10，僅 sticky）。count：1 至 1000（預設 10）。format：hostport（host:port:user:pass，預設）或 url（user:pass@host:port）。protocol：http（預設）或 socks5。
