生成代理行。country：国家代码，留空表示任意国家。session：rotating（默认）或 sticky。minutes：1 到 120（默认 10，仅 sticky）。count：1 到 1000（默认 10）。format：hostport（host:port:user:pass，默认）或 url（user:pass@host:port）。protocol：http（默认）或 socks5。
