What we store
A hash of your account token, your balance and its changes, your traffic purchases and daily traffic totals, your allowed IP addresses, your top-ups with their blockchain transaction, your support messages, and basic request data for our website: IP address, browser type, language and the page you first opened.
Traffic content
We do not store the content of the traffic you send through the proxy. Our network partners may keep connection records, such as time, amount of data and destination host, as needed to run the network and deal with abuse.
Why
To run your account, count traffic, add payments, answer support and prevent abuse.
Sharing
We share data only with the network partner that provides your proxy login, with the payment system that watches for your top-up, or when the law requires it.
Cookies
One cookie keeps you signed in and one remembers your language. There are no advertising cookies.
Keeping and deleting
Records are kept while your account is in use and as long as needed for payments and abuse handling. Ask Support to have your account closed.
