Traffic that could not be added
If a purchase cannot be added to your proxy login, the full price returns to your balance at once.
Traffic that was added
Traffic added to your login is not refunded, used or not.
Balance
Your balance does not expire. Balances are not paid out in crypto or cash, except where a top-up was clearly sent by mistake; write to Support with the top-up code.
Top-ups
A top-up is added once the exact amount arrives at the address made for it and, where needed, after a check by our staff. Payments of a different amount or on another network may take longer to check or may be lost.
