The service
WING PROXY sells access to a residential proxy network, measured in gigabytes of traffic. Traffic is sent through IP addresses provided by our network partners.
Your account
Your account is identified by a token. Anyone with the token can use the account, so keep it private. A lost token cannot be recovered.
Balance and purchases
Purchases are paid from your prepaid balance in US dollars. The price shown before you buy is the price charged. Traffic is added to your proxy login when the purchase completes.
Acceptable use
You must follow the acceptable use policy. We may suspend or close accounts that break it, without refund of traffic used for that purpose.
Availability
Residential IPs come and go during the day. We do not promise a particular IP, city, network or speed. We do not promise that a given website will accept a given IP.
API
The API follows the same rules as the website. Too many requests may be limited. Keep your key private.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. Using the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
