WING PROXY (the "Service") keeps only the user information it truly needs. This policy explains what information is kept and how it is used when you use wingproxy.com, Service accounts and the API. Effective date: October 17, 2026.

By using the Service, you agree that information is processed according to this policy.

1.1 Account: a hash of the account token (not the token itself), the balance, and the balance change history.

1.2 Usage records: traffic purchase history, daily traffic totals, and allowlisted IP addresses you register.

1.3 Payments: top-up history and the blockchain transaction details for each top-up.

1.4 Support: messages you send and our replies.

1.5 Website visits: basic request information such as IP address, browser type, language, and the first page opened.

The Service does not collect email addresses, names or phone numbers.

2.1 The Service does not keep the content of traffic you send and receive through the proxy.

2.2 Network partners may keep connection records such as connection time, data volume and destination host, to the extent needed to run the network and handle abuse.

3.1 We use it to run accounts, calculate traffic, credit top-ups, answer Support requests and prevent abuse.

3.2 We do not use it for advertising or sell it.

4.1 We pass only the necessary information to the network partners that provide your proxy account and to the payment system that confirms top-ups.

4.2 Where required by law, we may provide information accordingly.

5.1 We use one cookie to keep you logged in and one cookie to remember your language setting.

5.2 We do not use advertising cookies.

6.1 Records are kept while the account is in use and for as long as needed for payments and abuse handling.

6.2 To close your account, send a request to Support.

7.1 If this policy changes, we will update the effective date on this page.
