Terms of Service

1. The Service sells access to a residential proxy network by traffic (GB). Traffic is carried through IP addresses provided by network partners.

2. Residential IPs may change during the day. The Service does not guarantee any specific IP, city, carrier or speed, and does not guarantee that a specific website will accept a specific IP.

1. Each account is identified by the account token created at sign-up. The Service does not collect an email address or password.

2. Anyone who holds the token can use the account, so the User must keep it safe. A lost token cannot be recovered, and the User bears any loss caused by careless handling of the token.

3. To prevent abuse, the Service may limit the number of accounts that can be created from one IP address.

1. The balance is topped up with USDT on the TRON network (TRC20). The allowed amount range for a single top-up is shown on the top-up screen.

2. A top-up is added to the balance after the stated amount arrives at the address created for that top-up. Where needed, it is added after a staff member checks it, which may take longer.

3. Amounts different from the stated amount, or sent on a different network, may take a long time to confirm or may not be traceable.

4. The balance is shown in US dollars and does not expire. The balance is an amount used to buy traffic within the Service and is not withdrawn as cryptocurrency or cash. For a top-up that was clearly sent by mistake, send the top-up code to Support and we will review it.

1. Traffic is bought with the balance, and the price shown before purchase is the price charged.

2. When a purchase is complete, the traffic is added to the User's proxy account. If the traffic cannot be added, the full payment is returned to the balance immediately.

3. For a purchase whose result is unclear, the Service does not resend it; a staff member checks it and then adds the traffic or returns the amount to the balance.

4. Traffic added to a proxy account is not refunded, whether or not it has been used. If traffic has an expiry period, it is shown on the purchase screen.

1. The User must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. The Service may not be used for spam, attacks, payment fraud and ad fraud, access to other people's accounts, or any other illegal activity.

2. Some destinations may be blocked to protect the network and connection providers.

3. Accounts that break the rules may be limited, suspended or terminated, and traffic used for violations is not refunded.

1. The API follows the same rules as the website. API keys can be created on accounts whose first top-up has been credited, and the User must keep them safe.

2. Excessive requests may be limited.

1. The Service may change these terms and will show the date of change on this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you agree to the updated terms.
